ALLI REDET. NIEMERT SEIT.

Julian, Josue, and JJ (from TRACK13) created a creative project for the new ARNS Collection. We shot photos and videos for TRACK13’s social media and website, showcasing the perks and details of the new pieces.
With Everyday’s Mission Gear, TRACK13 aims to create looks that blend art, comfort, and character empowering you to step out of your comfort zone.
TRACK13 stands for more than just fashion. They meticulously develop timeless pieces of clothing and pair it with meaning. The designs are independent and rooted in our local culture. They are made for those who want to feel confident and stylish without chasing trends.
The ALLI REDET. NIEMERT SEIT. line is meant to encourage you to step outside your comfort zone. TRACK13 believes in durability – not only in the fabric itself, but also in the memories that their pieces help you forge.
Whether through stickers in your neighbourhood, bold slogans or refined design details, TRACK13 is visible, felt, relevant. Wearing TRACK13 means being part of a community. You get noticed. People talk to you. You will never forget how it made you feel.

Pre-production:
The preparations took a lot of time, which was a good thing. Numerous tasks had to be divided up and coordinated neatly.
Casting models: We wanted a diverse and authentic selection.
Equipping the studio: From the lighting to the background, many small details had to be considered.
Putting together outfits: We ordered some clothes online to complete the look.
Visual planning: We used mood boards to plan the outfits in advance. This was extremely helpful and gave us clear direction.
In terms of time management, we could have worked in a more structured way. One order arrived too late, so we had to improvise on the day of the shoot. We also underestimated how long it would take to smooth the clothes on location, and this should have been done in advance.
Production:
On the day of the shoot, it became clear that good preparation pays off, but spontaneity is still required. One model cancelled at short notice, and a package containing essential clothing items did not arrive as planned. However, by planning ahead (e.g. taking photographs of the items the day before), we were still able to work efficiently.
The atmosphere was good throughout, and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to clear role allocation and mutual support, we were able to work quickly. We set up the photos on the right and the videos on the left, enabling us to do one run-through per outfit.
Next time, we will look for one or two backup models and order the clothes earlier to ensure they arrive on time.
Having two or three more people to help on set is essential, allowing you to concentrate on even the smallest details.
Post-production:
During this stage, the importance of cleanliness and attention to detail on location became clear. Many photos had to be painstakingly retouched due to stains on the floor or unwanted objects in the picture.
Video production in particular required a great deal of precision. For instance, the adhesive tape used for markings on the floor had to be laboriously masked. This could have been done more efficiently on set. Colour grading, on the other hand, went very smoothly: our shots were clear and well exposed, and already had a coherent look.
Criticism: The time required for post-production was underestimated. We should have allowed more time for individual steps and feedback loops.
Conclusion:
A project balancing vision and reality.
The TRACK13 shoot taught us a lot. We experienced first-hand how much effort goes into what seems like a “simple” shoot, and how important communication, preparation and flexibility are. Despite the mishaps, time constraints and need for improvisation, we achieved a result that reflects our vision.
We gained many insights from this project, ranging from technical details to team dynamics. Above all, we realised that creative work is not a straightforward process.
